Michael helped my partner when Immigration NZ came back with a PPI letter after we tried to apply for a general visitor visa by ourselves. We thought we had sufficient evidence to get the most basic visa, INZ thought otherwise - were missing so much evidence and Michael and his team took the stress off our shoulders and provided us with a checklist of documents to provide and compiled a compelling response.
